MSTS F Series Cabview for 3DTrains free F7 v3.0c. A freeware cabview, based on the S-Class cabview by Christine Sweetnam. Hers was for left-hand driving, this one is arranged as right hand driving with nearly prototypical controls. Has fully animated controls, gauges and left and right views.
