General Manager

Managed the repair and fabrication shop. Four employees reported to me, and took my direction regarding project management. The shop produced new original products, both standardized and customize, for customers as well as performed full tear down and re-manufacturing of Hammond organs, Wurlitzer pianos, and Rhodes pianos for everyday enthusiasts and touring musicians alike.

We worked on equipment and products for the likes of The Donnas, The Rolling Stones, James Taylor, and several east coast back-line rental companies.

Design Engineer

My first product was the Caribbean Motor Controller, a digital pulsed motor controller for Leslie™ tone cabinets.  Later designs produced the highly successful Dyno Preamp and 122 Absolute Modeling Amplifier.

I redesigned several other products such as the Vintage Tube Preamp, Stagebox Preamp, and others to both eliminate flaws in the original construction and to introduce Printed Circuit Board fabrication.

I also worked with Steve Hayes in the creation of the Roadbox MkIII speaker cabinet, a portable professional grade rotary speaker cabinet, similar to the Leslie™ tone cabinet.

Webmaster

Redesigned the SpeakesyVintageMusic.com homepage and website including online e-commerce “webstore” from the ground up.  I then continued to maintain the site, updating content, creating graphics, and expanded the company’s web presence with a Facebook page, Media site, and Blog.
